- Really intelligent people - Great Product - Good benefits and pay

- New leadership seems more focus on throwing out changes that they are mandating the team to do than actually enabling them for success - Feedback and concerns fall on deaf ears, no one seems interested in what the field is going through - Asks and objectives change every other week, are always extremely urgent, and truly provide no value and there is little to no enablement for the CS team on accomplishing these asks - At the end of the day, we're providing worse service to our existing customers so that time, energy, and resources can all be spent on net new customers

However, reading your concerns about the new leadership's approach to change management, lack of enablement for the CS team, and deprioritization of existing customers was difficult.
