No pros. Have worked with 3 companies before but haven't seen a worse culture than this. Full Lala company.

Svantaggi

Average tenure for people in the company is 5-6 months. Even the current employees regret joining here. No respect is given to any employee. Company running by fooling poor and uneducated people by taking 99 Rs mandate. All app reviews are fake. All audits are fake.

None as such, they do not offer anything different from the other 1000 startups over India. If you are someone who wants to give all your time to your work then good for you.

The CEO wants everything done immediately very micro management and thinks he can do all the roles best. The working hours are strictly 10:30-7:30 and if you come later or leave early be prepared to be asked questions about that by the office police whose work is to just check attendance. Negligible wfh it is 8 per year and that also will unlock only every quarter so you cannot use it at the start of the year you need to collect it and use it. And regarding leave policy they do not have the updated leave policy yet because the management does not care about it. The avg employee tenure is less than a year with people leaving in the first month itself.
