Low-pay for work requirements extending from cleaning garbage to holding the floor solo for an hour playing cashier and security guard while customers do who knows what in the dressing rooms. Very low-expectations of employees, high-turnover rate, and low-pay. Goodwill is like working at a mental hospitality transplanted into a quasi-retail environment.
