No benefits - sick leave, maternity leave and pension contributions are all statutory only Really high pressure and no work life balance. often stuck late after shift and breaks are usually eaten up by having to catch up on emails you have no time to read No communication across company. Every team or department seems to do their own thing so there's no consistency, meaning you often don't know what you're doing Lack of training resources Huge problem with attrition. Not many people will last this job more than a year, most leave in the first 3 months
