Vantaggi
- Some fairly interesting clients with some good projects and programmes. - Can be some good roles but depends on the luck of the draw.
Svantaggi
- Grayce is a recruitment company that puts you in roles as and when they appear. There is little if any regard to your own professional development with roles. Your development is determined by the client, not by Grayce. - I joined the development programme expecting exceptional training yet the reality is a suite of very tedious online courses. The only face to face training was very disorganised and felt like it was made up on the spot. - The contract is weighted so heavily in favour of the employer and it feels like they try and squeeze every penny possible out of analysts whilst giving as little as possible back. (no benefits, no pension, no bonus, no healthcare, legal minimum holiday, legal maximum notice period etc) - The way some of management treat / communicate with employees is very poor and in some instances, aggressive and completely unprofessional. - The number of people that leave Grayce is very large and is reflective of how they treat their staff. - You have to pay back training costs if leaving before the 3 years. Grayce will also charge a significant sum for the very poor face to face training that they provided. - Some of the 5* reviews on here are from management – It is fairly obvious with some of the descriptive language / jargon used and lack of any cons! This is reflective of management’s mindset. Try and cover up bad reviews rather than try and improve the organisation.
