1. Work environment is not favourable for good employees 2. Softwares are old school 3. Dump employees get more priority 4. No learning opportunities 5. Not welcoming to rectify their mistakes 6. Some stupids don’t work but still they are staying but good one’s with potential are shifted to other departments 7. No opportunity to Grow
