Learning how EV batteries work.

Toxic upper management. Harassment from management towards employees. Retaliation from reporting toxic or inappropriate behavior. Contracted employees are treated as less than. Very poor training procedures, to the point where there really is no standard of training. They do not give out uniform shirts to contracted employees until a certain amount of time, this makes it easy for managers to target the contracted employees and creates a toxic workplace. If you complain about management, you will be fired, they will find a reason or loophole.
