CTO lacks professionalism and leadership skills Verbal abuse and disrespectful behavior from leadership No professionalism or ethical conduct in the IT team No job stability or transparency Forced resignation around appraisal time Repeats the same pattern with multiple employees

Nothing good in this company until and unless you are at the top level mgt. For root level roles or a little above this company is nothing but a horrible place.
