This company cares about their clients (as long as they're making lots of money) and does important work Great training and support for staff Friendly, kind coworkers (until they stab you in the back)

Svantaggi

I watched them let go of employees due to poor planning and financial management. Until that occurred, I was blind about how two faced this company is. I soon realized they would turn on anyone in a heartbeat when it served them. And they soon turned on me despite having just received the BEST performance review of my lifetime. They will provide a severance when they wrongfully terminate you and they'll threaten legal action against you for speaking out against them knowing you won't have the financial means to fight their legal team. CEO is not honest and does not have integrity. Management has its favorites (that was clear from day ONE) and it's extremely obvious. The company is a sinking ship and they've flailed at opening in numerous states. The states in which they're well established are doing fine, but they've hit their ceiling nationwide and there's no room for growth elsewhere which is why they're firing people left and right.

Communication is a real strength here. When changes are made we get the why behind them along with a clear plan for rollout. Smaller updates like bug fixes and product improvements are also communicated consistently, including what is working well and where there is room to improve. There are ongoing opportunities for learning and development. Even when it is not formal CEUs there are always chances for education and growth which I really appreciate. Appreciation and teamwork stand out. I feel seen by my coworkers not just within my direct team but also across clinical, medical, and other staff. There is a strong sense of collaboration and respect. I feel like Indiana is actually a team and not just random people who happen to work at the same place. Leadership is accessible and open. I am able to ask questions in meetings, trainings, chats, or open office hours and I do not feel brushed off. My ROS is amazing and really creates space for curiosity and discussion, and both clinical and operations leadership (even directors which has never happened before for me) make an effort to be present and available whether virtual or in person. Benefits are strong overall. PTO, sick time, holidays, wellness days, and personal development opportunities are huge. The four day work week is also a major plus.

Svantaggi

At times the pace of work can feel fast, especially during busy periods or when multiple things are rolling out at once. The RSCs do a lot and that can seem overlooked. Some workflows for the operations team can feel a bit tedious at times, and when issues or bugs come up, the focus is often on workarounds rather than long term fixes. I really wish we could find a way to support members more in office. Some of these members due to the hybrid setup and covering offices across the state I might never meet in person.

Vantaggi

I work in operations, and I can honestly say I love working here. Is it a growing company? Absolutely. Has it had change and some hard moments? Yes. But I’ve never felt like those moments defined Groups What I’ve seen, especially over the last year, is a company that’s learning, adjusting, and genuinely trying to get better. From an ops perspective, I’ve felt valued. We’re not just the team that executes behind the scenes. Our input is asked for, and more importantly, it’s used. There’s strong cross-functional collaboration, and when things get complicated, people roll up their sleeves instead of passing blame. That kind of ownership and teamwork is something I don’t take for granted. The mission is real here. You feel it in conversations. You see it in how much people care about members and families. Even when the work is heavy, there’s a shared sense of purpose that keeps people grounded. I’ve also seen growth in communication, alignment, and clarity of expectations. It’s not a stagnant company (it’s evolving to always be better for the members we support) and I actually see that as a positive. There’s momentum. There’s accountability. And there are smart, thoughtful people who care deeply about doing this work well. No workplace is perfect, but I’ve felt supported, challenged in a good way, and proud of what we’re building. That’s why I’m still here, and am invested in the mission and growth of GRT.

Honestly, I would love to see mid year raises as well as annual merit raises
