1yThank you for your feedback, we always appreciate the additional perspective. To address some of these points, we do have training programs in place, lead generating events, one-on-one roleplays, as well as daily sales meetings to strategize business objectives. It is up to our employees to use these resources to foster their success. We do our best to foster an autonomous environment, and a culture revolved around trust in this way.
There is also an extensive hiring process in place. We hire every employee for a reason and value what each of them bring to the table equally. We always want to make sure we support our employees while also supporting our business. If someone is struggling personally, we have an open, comfortable environment to aid them, however, if someone is consistently not performing optimally after multiple chances have been given, we do unfortunately have to address those circumstances.
