Hello – Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience. We are disappointed that you felt that we didn’t live up to one of our core tenets, Grow or Die. Unfortunately, some of our core tenets get taken out of context. We want each of our employees to GROW both personally and professionally. We are also trying to ensure that as a company we are always striving to be better, in big and small ways, but mostly in the core way we provide value. Grow deep, not wide. Our culture and our values are not for everyone and that’s alright. Especially during this pandemic, we have had to pivot quickly with to help the fitness industry survive and it can be frustrating for the employee.
