-still lacking procedure/structure in some areas which is pretty normal for a start up but it's time to start taking those seriously. -can be long hours but the compensation is fair considering. -could use more structure about long term growth plan for each employee so we know our career path at the company.

Have been working for H Code Media for a little over a year and can easily say it is the best place I've had the experience of working at. As a startup, the company and leadership acknowledge there is room to grow but work hard to cover all the bases to ensure this happens. The company feels like a family as everyone continually supports your workload, vision, and challenges. Your input is always valued and achievements are celebrated. There is huge room for growth and a career path is built and communicated regularly with leadership to ensure you develop and feel fulfilled. The team built is extremely diverse and multi-cultural which allows for a very unique exchange of ideas and learnings. Great work-life balance and great PTO benefits.

As it continues to grow, there are certain departments and functions that have not been systemized fully, but I mostly see that as an opportunity to build and grow in tandem.
