Have been working for H Code Media for a little over a year and can easily say it is the best place I've had the experience of working at. As a startup, the company and leadership acknowledge there is room to grow but work hard to cover all the bases to ensure this happens. The company feels like a family as everyone continually supports your workload, vision, and challenges. Your input is always valued and achievements are celebrated. There is huge room for growth and a career path is built and communicated regularly with leadership to ensure you develop and feel fulfilled. The team built is extremely diverse and multi-cultural which allows for a very unique exchange of ideas and learnings. Great work-life balance and great PTO benefits.

As it continues to grow, there are certain departments and functions that have not been systemized fully, but I mostly see that as an opportunity to build and grow in tandem.

- Great career opportunity and room for advancement. - Smart, hard-working co-workers. - Good product and the business is growing fast, fun to be part of a winning team. - Still in startup/growth mode with promotions based on merit. Expectations are high, but if you work hard and do well there is plenty of room to grow with the company. - Compensation and benefits are strong, unlimited PTO. - Work hard, play hard company culture with happy hours, company sports leagues, snacks, and good office location in Santa Monica.

- Many processes and procedures are still somewhat manual, although there is a move to automate this as the company matures. - Just now starting to put in a more formal HR function and fully dedicated accounting/finance support. - Expectations are high and this can translate into longer hours, especially during the 4th quarter.
