Current project I am working 1. It has good work life balance - Employee friendly Managers and coworkers 2. work from home policies are still there - called HarmanFlex 3.Managers are supportive and prompt learning and upskilling 4. If you are good at your work , there is a good exposure and managers will appreciate it and no one going to take your credit- open culture ( I liked it most here at harman) 5. Appraisal is good here. & there are different cycle of appraisal depending on when you joined 6. Bonus is paid yearly now.

My advice to my colleague - Harman is a very good workplace -please do not ruin it or misuse the opportunity . If you don't know something just learn it or upskill yourself. Remaining silent or avoiding work will hamper your communication or technical growth. Sometimes I feel team members are sluggish and there is no one to monitor the task. I think this is the way a product based company work ,doing the work in a relaxed manner. There is no one to assign task, instead its your call to take the initiative and take the ownership of the work. It good and bad at the same time.
