No Increment - Recensione dipendente - Graduate Engineer Trainee presso HCLTech

HCLTech has been extremely disappointing when it comes to employee compensation and recognition. Despite consistent work and meeting expectations, there has been no salary increment for the last two years, which is highly demotivating. Rising inflation and increased workload are completely ignored, while management continues to give vague justifications instead of transparent answers. The company talks a lot about employee-first culture, but in reality, growth and rewards seem stagnant for many employees. Performance reviews feel meaningless when they don’t translate into fair hikes or financial growth. This lack of appreciation and compensation makes employees feel undervalued and taken for granted. HCLTech may be fine for gaining initial experience, but for long-term career growth and financial stability, it falls short. I would not recommend this organization to professionals who expect fair increments and genuine recognition for their efforts.
