They pay their "salaried" people on time twice a month, usually on the 15th and last day of the month. I mentioned "salaried" because no matter what they tell you, you are only going to be kept on staff so long as you are billable or if they have an internal project for you and that's rare. You really are hourly no matter what level of seniority you have. If you stay billable, they are fine to work for and I would go back if they had work for me.

Overtime, when it is billable and actually paid, is paid at 1/2 time. I am not sure if they bill at full time or something greater but it is completely ridiculous for a company doing business in any country, let alone the United States, to expect people to work for half their normal pay rate when they put in extra time to keep their projects on schedule. Since they claim to be an employee-first company, this half-time pay policy seems to be out of step with their public persona but is definitely indicative of how much they truly value their employees.
