Before joining HR or reporting manager or HOD didn't inform me about below things 1) Mobile to keep in locker or keep at manager desk, employee not allowed to use mobile on floor 2) LTA amount of Rs 1300 will get deducted every month and employee can claim amount after 1 year, HR while offering letter I had twice confirmed about my net salary and after joining Rs 1300 was deducted than HR said sorry this is policy for all 3) If any employee is absent for even 1 day at the end of the month, his entire salary is kept on hold for a week time, in my case I was admitted to hospital for 3 days even after giving regular updates about my health condition my salary was delayed by 10 days which was totally wrong as I had shared all my reports to reporting manager 4) Full and final settlement amount was provided after 86 days of my resign, in my 15 years of experience all companies settle the amount withing 45 days this is exceptional
