I note you are a current employee and have worked with us for over ten years - wow - thank you for everything you have done to grow and improve HKA. As you know we are a very collaborative team and continuous improvement across work for clients, supporting our brilliant people and developing our business is key for us. Thank you for noting the Pros of HKA. We are not complacent about the positive points you made - we still have more to do together around Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED and I), health and well-being, learning, and development. We are after all of those improvements as we continue to make sure HKA is a great place for our brilliant people to work, grow and play! Sorry to read that you have to work long hours to manage your workload. In a global business that cares about its clients and people - that sometimes does happen to try to hit the standards, deadlines, etc. The important point is occasional long hours are fine, yet regular is not.
