Politically promote issues of gender equal pay and then discriminate against equal pay. White colleagues get away doing less work with good pay but ethnic Minorities are pressured to work long hours with less pay. Line managers authorise expense for an unlimited and unjustified reason for a favourite such as a white colleague but would refer to incorrect procedures to delay or not authorise expense claim for a non white colleague. HR is useless as they do not have the power to respond to any genuine concerns as all line managers and the top heads are colleagues and support each other.
