Stressful at times large property

My experience working with HSL was an incredible one. They offer so many opportunities for growth and are constantly searching for new ways to improve and ensure employees feel they have the tools and assistance they need. There's many bonus opportunities, recognition and benefits.

Depending on your goals, position and property the work life balance can be a little taxing. I would say it depends on what you're working towards within the company, it's so large and there's so many different approaches you can take. They are incredibly candid about the standards of different positions and what the workload entails which is honorable. If you're looking for opportunity, growth and challenge it's there, if you're looking for a more relaxed environment there are options for that as well.
