Working 11 hours a day is not a negative thing as long as you are getting financially rewarded for it . Some of the cons are : 1) No benefits such as PF , medical insurance etc. 2) Sometimes you have to work on Indian Holidays (optional) but again you get holidays on depending upon the markets you trade . 3) This job profile doesn’t permit work from home .

Good Package(minimum 6.5 lac) Company follows FLAT hierarchy structure. If you make some profit by selling shares. 15% of the profit directly credited to your account. If you make loss, nothing will be deducted from your salary.

working hours = 12hr. based on international share market. Not a technical job. Knowledge of share market is needed. A student from commerce field can do it better.
