I always felt informed and supported in matters related to payroll, benefits, and other employment-related concerns. As I transitioned out of my role, your team provided invaluable assistance in the off boarding process, making it a seamless experience. I was always impressed by the promptness and attentiveness of Halian HR team when I had questions or needed assistance. This level of responsiveness greatly contributed to a positive work experience.

      The people are good people, but after losing their leadership its not really going anywhere.

      Whatever they share with you is just lip service, with no substance or backed up with any real evidence. There is no genuine interest to grow what they do or create better opportunities for people, just a case of come in, bill and dont cost us money, which I just business, but many other business have that goal but help you enjoy your time there and give you things to work towards.
