The turnover rate is very high in ALL departments..even HR and there’s so many reasons why. This company is all about numbers and their appearance rather than truly HELPING those in need and quality of care. The higher ups in charge overlook the poor jobs the directors and supervisors do. HR allows directors/supervisors to do whatever they please and have no one to answer to. They are rarely seen in the building because they claim to be “working from home” yet don’t answer calls from their staff and are no where to be found when needed but want to micromanage their staff in an attempt to cover their tracks for never being in the building. Then when staff goes to HR regarding serious issues going on within their department that ALL staff has witnessed and spoke on, the person who spoke up gets written up by their supervisor out of retaliation and even though HR says it seems to be retaliation, they do nothing about it, HR will claim to be on your side when it’s just you privately meeting with them, but does nothing about the problems once you leave their office. Anytime you try to use your PTO you’ll get treated weird like you’re doing something wrong for using the time you earned. Directors have been known for using grant money for individuals not even under that grant and thousands of dollars of grant money has mysteriously gone “missing” before. They have people running the addiction/substance use programs that have no idea what they’re doing and just winging it. not qualified at all to be working with individuals seeking help from serious addictions.
