I love my job! Whether it's the management or the work environment itself, Handcraft is a great place to grow as a maintenance technician. The managers are flexible with your schedule, and are down to earth. As long as you come in and do your job, you have nothing to worry about.

No cons to speak of at the moment!

The drivers an other employees. I met some good people.

Safety an Management. They didn't care about safety. Couldn't get anything fixed an if you asked a Higher up, then you were called a lier an was asked: Why dosnt anyone tell me anything? They always go above my head. I never got my boot allowance. I had to buy everything l needed. Pens, lights, gloves. No paper towels in the restroom for days. No rags in the bag to clean windshields/ an no washer fluid. I had no mirror heat most of the winter. Service cable melted on my truck. They just keep saying write it up again. An yet someone would mark it as ok an drive it anyway. Bringing up safety issues=being cut from 6 days a week to 4 days a week.
