Good for slow paced, unambitious people who want to get by.

Backward company. Treat employees like children. Low efficiency, and even lower pay. Japanese rotations for middle/upper management roles are terrible. Capped bonuses, no commissions. Company keeps useless staff, whilst doing nothing to keep the capable ones.
