Well the company does what it promised. I reached my targets and was promptly promoted! Very happy.

The senior management worked hard to improve the internal systems, policies and processes and now everyone knows what is acceptable and there is consistency on work flows. Management really does listen and every input is analysed and discussed Huge database, and huge spend on advertising and candidates attainment..no need to do complex mapping as we have over 40,000 candidates on our internal databases alone! No internal infighting or crossovers where people may steal clients or candidates... lots of fees sharing and very fair in allocating credit and recognition of contributions to projects.
