Previously celebrated wins, appreciated each other and had a team culture (pretty bare minimum aspects you would expect from any company). An incredible, talented workforce that do not have the opportunity to excel and is overlooked.

-Rather than speculating about who writes the reviews, focus on resolving the consistent issues highlighted in the feedback. -Despite meeting/exceeding targets/performance review, no career progression is in place. It is demoralising to chase for basic recognition and promotions which should be awarded and celebrated, rather than chasing for them consistently. No promotions in sales for a year and a half. -Employees are fired without a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) in a glass door room, visible to the entire office. -Firing employees in company-wide meetings to humiliate you. -All AE/SDR employees have faced the company's attempts to avoid commission payments, with multiple clawbacks or decisions to withhold payouts occurring unexpectedly after their hard work. -Working beyond regular hours is normalised, including calls on weekends, bank holidays, annual leave, and during bereavement. -You will get conned out of commission when you leave the business. -Don't let the exciting buzz words in vacancies draw you in, this company will suck the life out of you -The product is unstable and constantly crashes during product demos. -You will notice that the only positive reviews are from management, desperate for the truth to be taken down ironically. -No exit interviews which is not just disrespectful to employees, but shows they are desperate to not receive poor feedback. The second you decide to leave, rather than hearing your reasons, they are so worried about their reputation, that they will deactivate you of everything. -Recent product update called ‘Engage’ focused on ‘allowing employees to have a voice’. Asked current employees to provide feedback on Harri and not acted on any of it since 99% was incredibly poor which reflects all of the reviews on here. -When asked if you get an exit interview after leaving, the response was ‘there is no need’. So desperate to not receive valid feedback from employees who they so call cared about.
