No “Real” leadership in the Dallas office. Managers are fearful of their higher ups and tend to be under pressure and pressure the rest of the team. Also everyone is calling the same clients everyday and nobody is giving the opportunity to truly build their own book of business which creates a bad environment and consultants fighting for ownership. Territories weren’t broken up geographically but by alphabetical order. “Hilarious” but in all honesty it’s crazy. Got laid off never got a call from my manager ever.
