      This is a very progressive company with a very good outlook. As soon as you walk in, the office space gives off a really modern vibe. The CEO is very involved in the business and tries to host different events for her employees to keep them motivated. Very fun environment with a lot of learning. The ability to move up in the company is uncanny.

      There's no working restroom on the floor so you have to use the one in the lobby, but I guess that's about it.

      Thank you for your kind feedback, we certainly believe presentation is absolutly key and we want our office environment to portray this, so thank you for your positive comments on that.       I was fired due to the fact I didn't want to cancel a trip that I mentioned during interviews and because I had to take an unscheduled day off due to a death in my family.

      good food, good price point, easy to make regulars, decent money if you're good at your job.

      1. FB Society is cheap, will take every short cut to avoid having to actually pay their employees or make sure that the conditions inside the building are sustainable for employees or guests. 2. Pay structure isn't great, a bartender is considered an "elevated position" but there is no pay raise that comes with being a bartender. In fact you'll do more work for less money because the servers actually make more money than the bartenders do. 3. Opinions and solutions to problems are not welcomed by management. 4. They play favorites, if you're not liked you'll never be able to move upward.
