Company has gone through some financial struggles

Most of the time is spent driving by yourself, if you like being alone while driving, then this is a Pro. You deliver medical equipment to people that truly need it which can have the occasional effect of making you feel good about helping the people of the world.

Everything they have to offer you is a Con. ***Extremely Unsafe/dangerous and large box truck vehicles*** (most of them with no AC on hot days) through the congestion and insane traffic and behavior of the greater LA area. Liability on the driver to be forced to park in impossible areas. Responding to dangerous neighborhoods around LA at dangerous times. High risk exposure to terminally ill patients often surrounded by ill and symptomatic people, close range to blood/urine/feces/airborne droplets. Witness to sad and depressing situations, people in their last days on earth. Dirty homes/environments. Unreasonable expectations to fit an impossible load into an impossible schedule into an impossible space of the truck. Expected to perform magician's magic and you are blamed when the magic doesn't occur. Drivers do not get invited to Christmas parties, everyone else celebrates on boats in Newport Harbor. 100 dollar Christmas bonus insult checks. Employer's office and employee's offices dirty and unorganized (witnessed a 1/4 full bottle of water collect dust on window sill for almost 1 year). Office mentality of "we will *blank* you over" / trash talk / hostile and uncaring work environment. Penny pinching mentality at cost of unsafe business practices. For drivers (service techs) management has made a long time habit of "burn and turn" (hire/quit repeat). Expected to perform illegal acts such as transporting enormous volumes of combustible/flammable oxygen tanks against CA state DOT law without proper and legal safety placards/documentation, most if not all liability and fees would be put on the driver if ticketed or if accident occurred. Blatant disregard for human life and safety and quality of life. No respect given. When you do a good job or help the company recover a loss they do not say thank you. Like I said, everything is a con.
