Recent layoffs, unethical behavior from the highest levels of management, very unorganized company, takes no pride in the quality of work that is done. Mistakes and inability to perform a certain function is hidden from the clients. Management will lie to clients and pretend the company can handle their accounts while behind the screens it's a complete disaster and utter chaos is going on. I'm surprised this company is still operating. Unprofessional behavior from some employees is tolerated and they are protected by management. Very much so a "mean girls", "high school", "clickish" environment. Training is non-existent. Employees are still expected to perform at high levels despite the fact there are system and procedural challenges that make it difficult to do so. Everyone's overworked and underpaid. Employees are expendable in management's eyes and therefore are not valued at all. Low raises, no bonuses other than the $20 cash Christmas bonus, no recognition or rewards program in place. Even when the company was doing extremely well, there were no employee bonuses or incentives in place. This is horrible company to work for. Please stay away for your own sake!
