Interesting projects. Good company mission/goals. Depending on which team you are in; you may end up with a good work from home policy.

Svantaggi

Work from home policy not the same across the organization. CEO is surrounded by Management that will throw employees under the bus to save their own skin or cover up their mistakes. Revolving door. Retention issues. High employee turn over. No training. Management will say that “employees do not know what they are doing” to hide retention issues. Company takes more work than they can manage. Angry clients due to mismanagement of work. Overworked employees. Unfair bonus practices.
