Management doesn't baby sit you, they trust you to do your work.

As with any growing company, growing pains. Multiple titles for many people figuring it out as you go. Not a real con if you're up for the challenge.

The people are nice to your face.

They do not provide the tools for the job, they do not provide a vehicle as promised, they accept poor workmanship from techs they like. Unfortunately not a place you want to be unless you want to be used and thrown away without notice.
