Becoming very slow to act with Henkel ownership, Managment closely tied to Henkel and it's handicapping their effectiveness. Some poor purchase decisions and branding decisions as of lately. Right Guard aquisition, and Purex 3 in1 introduced in tough economy with limitied marketing support. Company should be located east of Miss. river where most of their busniess is generated, not in Phoenix, Az.. Loaction is lmiting their talent pool of top qualified personnel in CPG industry.

The job is not too difficult. You mainly work on your own, Pay and benefits are outstanding.

12 hour shifts. Only one tech per shift so vacations can be a bit dicey. Support from peers is low and there is a lot of back biting in the lab. Sometimes they seem to be lookng for a scapegoat.
