During the weekend shift, team members are monitored every 15 to 20 minutes. If machines stop, the supervisor checks in shortly after. Opportunities for socializing among staff are limited due to a strict approach to management. Additionally, team members from the Monday to Friday shifts often leave work areas untidy, resulting in additional cleaning responsibilities for the weekend shift.
On occasion, team members from other shifts have helped maintain cleanliness, but it is not consistent. The supervisor on the day shift tends to promote team members who may not contribute significantly, and there is guidance against educating members from other shifts.
