You better Fit In! - Recensione dipendente - Service Coordinator presso Hermanson

The Company over all seemed to be pretty decent. But the Service Department was VERY Clickish. If they did not like you, you were never going to fit in. Poor Managment. Employess would come in late, leave early. Stand around and chit chat/gossip all day. There was no real traning or support. My opionion... This depart is ran by children. Lots of being set up to fail. Again. If they dont like you.. They will make sure you do not susceed.
