Nothing really, I learnt a lot in this company.

I've been working at Hey Digital for the past 3 years, we were a team of less than 10 people I believe, and since day 1 I felt welcomed, challenged, and valued. Since then Hey Digital grew a lot, with almost 30 people, but never let the growth get in the way of the culture and work-life balance. - Well managed company, with set out processes, culture, and tools - Ops is super well structured which makes our lives so much easier with a balanced workload - Amazing remote working culture, with great PTO policiesand flexible working hours - Cool teammates, Hey Digital formed a team of really cool people from all over the world, they are all friendly, willing to help, and fun to talk to - Feedback that makes you grow

I truly can't think of negative things about working here. Of course, there are some tough days with longer hours or some difficult clients to deal with, but those are really the exceptions.
