As a big hotel many more Departments and positions They include meals and uniform and paid half hour break. Hilton as a brand has some of the best benefits including maternity pay and big discounts when traveling to other Hilton’s. Don’t finish later than 9 pm(for say non night shifts)

There is rarely room at this specific Hotel for career progression. The Hotel is very big therefore its a very transactional work, there rarely is time to actually take courses to learn and upgrade your knowledge. They don’t have a full time concierge.
