Good flexibilty, good colleagues and good time management.

Micro manage, low pay and increment, no room for career advancement, clock in and out system. No wfh. Different culture from local companies.

HR - Helpful to employees, hosting monthly event for employees, weekly sports event

1. IT - super rude, not professional, Equipment more than 5 years and still repair and reuse. 2. Finance - micro manage, not professional, huge mess, no proper account schedule to keep track at least 3-4 years missing record, all sorts of reports are manual managed using excel with link with a lot of complicated formulas, not willing to teach or share, expect 1 headcount to do 3-4 headcount work, not willing to streamline process to make work more effective, purposely make your work miserable even worst if you're serving notice. Before you start to work you already drain out by your own team lead.
