Hello and thank you for leaving us your review and for your feedback. Whilst we are disappointed to read this, we do appreciate your honesty and the time you have taken to leave us your review. We are proud that our colleagues love working here and have voted us 5th best place to work in the UK, in the independent great place to work survey. Many of our colleagues celebrate long service each year, myself included – it’s my 20th anniversary working at Home Group this year! I love working alongside brilliant colleagues who are driven to make a difference for our customers. We are passionate about developing our own colleagues through ‘grow our own’ and many colleagues including those working in this team have been promoted to other roles in Home Group. We are proud of that, but do understand that this may cause additional pressures until we recruit backfill to the roles. This is something we will review to see how we can better support. We recently implemented a new CRM so this will streamline processes and will support colleagues better in their role. We are always looking at new ways of working so welcome any ideas on how we could improve our systems.
