The caliber of engineers is inspiring. You can wear multiple hats and develop horizontally, as well as dive deep and specialize. Overall the company has done very well over the last year and is ripe for becoming a leader in travel industry.

With the hyper growth come it’s challenges. People who are more autonomous will thrive. You need to know what you want and go get it. The culture is still in flux and there has been some turnover in the upper management lately, but I’m hopeful about the future.
