I would assume that most who are reading this do not understand the challenges and complexities of running a debt-free small business, much less making a payroll for 20 years. You probably do understand this space of technology and its' warp-speed of change - if you do not have that same tough skin it takes to work in a space like food service, I'd stay away from web service.
Millennials and everyone else in here acting like one: please learn this once popular corporate cliche - "there's no I in TEAM". In other words, It's NOT all about you and your 'opinions' on things ESPECIALLY when those opinions do not have the necessary amount of work and life experience to support them.
