They expect you to create something like DeepSeek or ChatGPT, yet the manager himself doesn’t demonstrate any good examples of reading papers, providing guidance, or offering clear direction. You’re left to figure out everything on your own. - Mainly Chinese is used in meetings, even when there are non-Chinese-speaking colleagues present. This makes those team members feel excluded and results in wasted time for them during meetings.
