I have worked here for years and here are my observations: - Very low salaries - Managers always lie about salary increases and THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE INFLATION in Turkey. You can't get INFLATION raise even if you are a high performer. - You will be an underpaid employee after a while. - Sometimes they can't raise your salary because of the company policies and you have to be an outsourced employee to get the raise. You will lose all of your annual leaves after transferring. - Managers and directors sometimes get extra bonuses but you won't hear and get any. Also, these amounts are very high. - It is highly possible to work on different projects every ~6-8 months and those projects could be very boring. Some projects have no coding tasks. This is AWFUL. - Hierarchy - Most of the Chinese colleagues can't speak English, unfortunately. - No overtime pay - High turnover rates - Most of the skilled guys are resigned - Almost no activities organized by the company. You probably will feel like a robot. - There is no discount for the employees on their products
