Honestly, getting to work with the most passionate, intelligent and hard working group of HR professionals I have ever worked with. PTO is generous and we’re encouraged to take it. Constant learning and growth. 2 months can feel like 2 years with the amount of work we do. We touch every area of HR! Getting to work with companies all over the country and in virtually every industry. You’ll make real impacts for your clients and their people. Again…the people! They’re just amazing.

This type of work is not for everyone. Organization, time manageable and communication is key. The workload can get overwhelming at times, but there’s support from the team when you need it. It can be challenging to learn how to juggle the client workload, but it’s a process. I constantly talk it out with my manager and team, so even on the busiest days, I feel supported.

The opportunity to work with various clients and expand knowledge.

Comp is low. Leadership is weak. Expectations are high. For an organization made up of HR professionals, I found the support and organization was ineffective. Compensation is very low for what is expected.
