Having worked there for an extended period, I noticed something, which resulted in some negative reactions from the employees : - The boss's words seemed to contradict his actions - I would suggest that potential employees take the time to review the specifics of their contracts and do research and comparisons to other companies before signing anything - Potential employees should make sure that they are very clear on how they will be compensated for any extra hours that they may do, and make sure to get it in writing - Proper communication between the upper-level supervisors seemed to be inconsistant, which led to the disorganisation of tasks - The time given for the completion of work assignments did not seem to reflect the workload, and as a result it led to a constant high-stress environment in order to meet deadlines, which in turn led to more than usual extra hours - They did not seem to care about your physical or mental health and required more and more from you; several times it seemed like employee morale was not a concern - There did not seem to be any real protection for the employees - Do not work for free.
