      Management is less then organized and ruled by deadlines, product complete or not. Attitude we can live with this list of shortcomings.

      There is so much talent with great knowledgeable professionals to work with, they offer great benefits, and bonuses.

      Was bought out by a private equity whom are known to do massive layoffs. They completely changed the structure. New owners are a buy, lay off, overwork current employees with leftover work, maximize profit, then sell type of business approach.
