Awful company and bullying management

Not many to be honest, The knowledge you have the higher you will climb up the ladder.

Many staff in roles that are aren't qualified to be in. Typical Hydrasun standard, My payslip had an extra letter at the end of my tax code. I phoned the tax office who said to me this isn't correct as that code meant I gave my wife a percentage of my wages which I never signed up for. The tax office said that on their end I don't have this code and I should contact the correct department of Hydrasun to ask why this was there. I contacted the correct department and the rude lady was laughing and sniggering down the phone to me saying that the letter meant nothing and it was not part of a tax code. I explained what the tax office told me, and to my disgust she continues to laugh and snigger saying myself and the tax office are incorrect as she's been doing this job for over 20 years. After getting off the phone to this imbecile, I was completely disgusting how she spoke to me and lack of professionalism. I then emailed all proof that I could find to prove to this person that she was incorrect and myself and the tax office were in fact right. I did tell other staff members how I was treated and was tempted to make a complaint regarding the way I was treated and spoken too. To my complete disgust, the following week I was taken into the office by the manager and was told that this lady make a complaint about myself saying I was the rude one the way I spoken to her, which was 100% complete lies. This was when I put my notice in... This shows the lack of morals and the complete incompetence that staff have within Hydrasun.
