      Innovative, cool work. ICR is into really awesome, meaningful technical work. Their Cyber division is 2nd to none!

      Awful leadership at core of company (outside of cyber). The President-CEO is great, but some of the inner-circle are dragging this company down. Very questionable poaching practices are damaging reputation within the community. Career path is very limited, the only way to advance is to jump project to project.

      I was immediately put on a project and learned about the work at the company, and I grew a bunch as a programmer. Also, the coworkers are very nice and interactive, and I had a lot of fun during this internship. Amazing WLB.

      Quite flexible on many ways. Casual environment, get the work done and as long as you follow some basic rules then you're free to do it however you want.
