INVIRO has a welcoming, friendly team environment, and people genuinely support each other when workloads get heavy. As an admin, you get exposure to many areas of the business — HR, operations, scheduling, proposals, events — which makes the role interesting and varied. You learn a lot quickly. The office culture is collaborative, and most staff are respectful, professional, and easy to work with.

The administrative workload can be high, and responsibilities often extend beyond a typical admin role. At times, priorities shift quickly, and processes are not always structured, which can make planning difficult. Communication from leadership could be more consistent, especially around changes and expectations. Compensation and benefits are fair but not as competitive as larger firms.
